What is 147codez?
147codez is a Swiss software company that puts business processes on autopilot. Like a car's gearbox - manual in the past, automatic today. We build specialized AI tools that take over repetitive work so you can focus on what matters.
Who are the tools made for?
For businesses that want to automate their processes without needing an IT department. No code, no technical knowledge - just sign up and go.
Are the tools independent of each other?
Yes. Each tool has its own landing page, its own pricing, and can be used independently. You don't need to buy multiple tools - just pick what you need.
How secure is my data?
All 147codez tools are built to be GDPR and Swiss DPA compliant. Data processing agreements are in place with all providers (including hosting and Anthropic/Claude for the AI). Your data is never used for AI training or shared for advertising purposes. Details in the privacy policy.
When are new tools coming?
We're continuously developing new tools. Sign up for early access to be the first to know when a new tool becomes available.
Billing & subscription
What payment methods are available?
Payment runs securely via Stripe (credit and debit card). Invoicing on request for larger packages.
Can I change my package later?
Yes, any time. You can upgrade or downgrade - the difference is billed automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Any time yourself via the Stripe customer portal (link on the support page). There you can also see all invoices and change your payment method.
Are prices including VAT?
The listed prices are exclusive of VAT. Swiss VAT is shown separately on the invoice.
Arivo
How long does analyzing a CV take?
Under 30 seconds. Arivo reads the CV, assigns a score, and automatically sends an invitation or decline.
Does Arivo work with Swiss German?
Yes. Arivo understands German, Swiss German, English, and French.
Can I customize the email templates?
Yes. You define tone and style once in the settings - Arivo then writes in your style.
What happens if a CV is unclear?
Arivo flags such applications for manual review. You decide, and Arivo learns from it.

How accurate is the AI?
Very accurate. The AI reads the request and generates matching line items with realistic prices based on your settings. You can adjust everything before sending.
Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Upload your logo and company details once - every quote is automatically created in your layout.
What if I want to adjust the quote?
No problem. Every AI-generated quote can be fully edited before export - line items, prices, text.
How long does a quote take?
Under 30 seconds. Paste the request, the AI generates it, you do a quick check and send the PDF directly from Offerto.
Docura
What document types are supported?
Invoices, quotes, delivery notes, contracts, employment contracts, salary statements, receipts, reminder letters, and any other documents. The AI detects the type automatically.
How accurate is the extraction?
Very accurate. Claude (Anthropic) reads the document and extracts all structured fields. You can review and adjust every field before exporting.
What export formats are available?
CSV, JSON, and Excel. All exports contain the extracted fields and line items - ready to use directly in accounting or ERP systems.
Are my documents stored?
Yes, in your personal archive on secure infrastructure in Europe. No sharing with third parties. GDPR and Swiss DPA compliant.
Chatbot
How does the bot get onto my website?
You get one line of code from us that you (or your webmaster) paste in - done. The bot runs on our infrastructure, so your website doesn't get slower.
How does the bot know what to answer?
We build its knowledge base from your website, your FAQ and, if you like, from documents. It only answers with your knowledge and doesn't invent facts.
What happens when the bot doesn't know something?
It politely refers to your contact details or captures the inquiry directly: name, request and contact land in your inbox automatically.
What does the chatbot cost?
From CHF 990 one-time for the base package: knowledge base from your website, FAQ and documents, lead, appointment and reservation requests by email, German/English, your brand design, fully set up. On top of that, operations and maintenance from CHF 290 per year is mandatory: hosting, AI operation and updates, incl. 2 knowledge base updates per year, more billed by effort. Operation is mandatory because every message incurs AI costs. Custom integrations (e.g. calendar, CRM or other API connections) are quoted separately after a short conversation.
Can I take over the chatbot completely?
Yes. We hand the bot over to you entirely: it then runs on your own AI account (Anthropic/Claude) and hosting - we set up both with you during the handover. After that you have no more costs with us, only the AI usage you pay directly (a few francs per month at normal volume).
What about data protection?
Swiss DPA and GDPR compliant, hosted on secure infrastructure in Europe. No sharing of your data with third parties, no use for AI training.
